jelly beans

we started the morning with family meeting at brents grandmothers grave... a yearly tradition... i am sorry i never got to meet her... but i do know that she was and is well loved by many! i do know that i will meet her someday! i do know that she is watching over us... i do know that she loved and loves her family very much! i do know that she was and is a great example...

then it was on to the park for some breakfast and a hunt...

cupcakes for breakfast... i know... i should have made something a little healthier... but like i already wrote too cute... i just had to try them...

jones had so much fun on his second easter egg hunt... he was well seasoned from the first hunt and knew what to do this time... knowing that there would be candy and treats inside every egg...

as guido from cars would say : pit stop...

an egg had broken open and jelly beans were all over... jones couldnt put them in his bag... he had to eat them all right there... literally eat them all there... i can laugh at my kid all day! where was the video camera... sorry brent!

i said, "please smile for a picture"

he obviously said, "nooooo"

see the jelly bean dripping down his chin... probably about 8 jelly beans at once were in his mouth...

ok... these did not belong to jones... they are maxs eggs... but jones sure was looking at them...

still with jelly bean chin...
