frozen yogurt and firefighters...

we went out for some froyo... and just so happens that while we are there a group of firefighters came in for a break... they immediately said hello to jones and then gave him this cool firefighter sticker...

he was so proud of his sticker...

another spring break...

although we arent in school we got to celebrate a second spring break...

first when all the arizona peoples came to visit us...

and then again when owen had his spring break here in cali...

 our very last trip to disneyland... i mean it this time...

this was the last "ride" i chose...

i know we will go back someday... but saying goodbye to captian eo was not easy...

good thing shauna looks hot in this picture... and good thing she found out that i can watch it whenever i want on youtube...

jones went on the matterhorn with owen... yeah!

as soon as he got off he told me...

"mom, i just cried like a baby when i was in that mountain... the scary monkey with red eyes..."

and because he was so brave... he got to pick this...

an oreo brownie the size of his head...

it was yummy!!

april 1st...

 is it bad if you accidently play an april fools joke on yourself and your child???

we went to pick strawberries at the strawberry fields in carlsbad... but too bad that they werent open for "u pick" season yet...

at least the ladies were nice enough to let all of us have a sample of the delish strawberries...

we love our bike rides...

7-11 trip on our bikes to get popsicles with dad...

a new love...

 then red lobster for dinner... jones thought this was the best ever!  he couldve watched the lobster tank for hours...  then he got a little too attached to the crab leg/claw... he slept with it that night... 

march 27th 

pink fairy cakes...

we love charlie and lola...

lola loves pink fairy cakes and we wanted to make some...

brent said that since hes a boy... maybe we should make "boy" cakes instead...

so we made white and blue swirl cakes with chocolate frosting and sprinkles...

jones called them : blue dinosaur cakes...
