i just love thursdays... couldnt ask for a better day...
slept in...
received birthday cookies and ate half of them! (after the run of course) yum!! and everything for my own mini pedi... thanks ashley!!!
went running... (although, by the end of my run... it was way too hot and i am so ready for it to cool down here)
temple and lunch date with karen & jared... thanks to wonderful mother in law... yum!!! i love nielsons...
went to get the mail and noticed a package with my name on it...
that brings me to now... so i thought maybe the package with my name on it... that maybe it was brents boot camp year book... yes, they do those for boot camp too... anyways... thought maybe that is what it was... finally arriving... so i opened it... of course it was not... but thanks to shauna... it was a cook book that i totally forgot that i wanted... i found it when we visited the earthbound organic farm in carmel valley...

so... i know i would totally be copying what has already been done by julie powell... although with a totally different book... but reading this book right now makes me want to try it out... cook all the recipes, no excuses, within a certain time period...
i will someday... and by writing it here, well that means i have to... so someday... when i have my own kitchen... this project will begin.. and i am sure brent will be more than excited to help me eat everything in this book... i cant wait!!!

luckily i get to spend my real birthday with brent... but this unbirthday was so much fun!!!

Happy early birthday! I'm glad you got it/opened it early now knowing that you'd be out of town on the big day. Can I cook all the recipes w/you?
