i love interior design... this may sound weird... but i think i get on a high when i am designing... i am very happy the way the models are turning out... after months of picking colors, tile, fixtures, hardware, lighting ect... and two trips to guadalajara to buy all the furniture and decorations...it has all come together.... we have gotten a lot done...
there are still a few details to finish... painting accent walls, window treatments... and the biggest one that is driving me crazy... getting the other workers out of the houses... for example...the electricians are still finishing up, so they move the furniture that i placed and then dont put it back.... and then they leave the wire clippings behind for someone else to clean up... ugggg.... anyhow....here are a few pictures....
this is the loft in the house named 'durango'... the glass has not come yet, for that coffee table...
here is one examples of the workers not moving the chair back... but i still love this room... 'los cabos'....
this is the dining room table in the 'los cabos'... i used corn, rice, black beans, pinto beans pepper corns, yellow beans, sunflower seeds and white beans to make this design... i love how it turned out...
the kitchen in the 'mazatlan'.... we bought tons of those metal roosters and chickens, they are so fun!
master bedroom in the 'monterrey'.... this is the house that reminds me of an east coast beach house... blues, greys, blacks and whites...

I think you found your new calling Interior Decorator! The rooms look great you did an awesome job my favorite is the table of rice and beans!!!!!
I didn't realize you did that design in the table. That's so cool! In the email you sent w/that chair in the middle of the room... I thought you put it there on purpose and thought it was cute! I guess not practical, but cute! I love your taste!
