after my dad watched jones watch a monster truck commercial on tv he said, "i have to take jones to that!"... he has been obsessed with cars monster trucks :: monster truck mater, frightening mcmean and icescreamer...

shaunas birthday...

lucky for us shauna loves beach break too!  thats where she wanted to go to breakfast!  i love everything there!  YUM!!

then to the carlsbad flower fields...

it was such a perfect day with great weather!

telling me... actually yelling as loud as he can... "im dumb".... but meaning to say "im done"... taking pictures that is... and i had only taken a few so far... he does not like taking pictures so much anymore... i have to catch him in a good moment or bribe him!  my best bribe as of late... letting him take pictures if i can take some!  he loves it!

funniest part of it was that somehow jones and sally made it out of the maze before anyone else and we were a little lost while hearing them laughing at the end... smart kids!

he couldve run here for hours!

one of my friends here emailed me this amazing packet for an easter celebration...  it gave scripture references and activities to help you better understand the last week of our Saviors life... to say it was amazing is not enough... it was fun to learn, share and do some family activities that helped us be able to teach jones the importance of easter... and that it is just as important as christmas...

here is one activity that we did... on thursday night we had "our last feast"... just as Jesus had spent time and feasted with his close friends and family, we had a jerusalem dinner/feast

easter morning... jones was so fun!  he was so cute finding candy that the easter bunny had left him...

we had taken him to see the movie hop... so he laughed every time he picked up a piece of candy and would tell us that the easter bunny had pooped it...  jelly bean or not!

frozen yogurt and firefighters...

we went out for some froyo... and just so happens that while we are there a group of firefighters came in for a break... they immediately said hello to jones and then gave him this cool firefighter sticker...

he was so proud of his sticker...

although we arent in school we got to celebrate a second spring break...

first when all the arizona peoples came to visit us...

and then again when owen had his spring break here in cali...

 our very last trip to disneyland... i mean it this time...

this was the last "ride" i chose...

i know we will go back someday... but saying goodbye to captian eo was not easy...

good thing shauna looks hot in this picture... and good thing she found out that i can watch it whenever i want on youtube...

jones went on the matterhorn with owen... yeah!

as soon as he got off he told me...

"mom, i just cried like a baby when i was in that mountain... the scary monkey with red eyes..."

and because he was so brave... he got to pick this...

an oreo brownie the size of his head...

it was yummy!!
